Delivery & Pick-up Lead Time
Your order will typically reach within 8/10 business days in the respective school, parents will have to pick-up their order from the school
Transit time to arrive order
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. Sometimes, delivery of your order to the school may take longer due to heavy rains, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders placed during the PEAK period, ie. 2 weeks before and 2 weeks days after school opening may take upto 15 Business Days to be ready for the pick-up.
Days of week for pick-up
You can pick your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday till 6 pm, excluding national and state holidays.
Partial Order
Please check if your order contains all the items purchased as per the invoice.
In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may be out of stock. In such an event only the item available in stock may be ready for pick-up .
Be assured that we will make every attempt to speed up production of that item. In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase, we will refund you the payment made towards that item.
