Essential Wizard LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) aims to provide high-quality school uniforms and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.
By purchasing from our website www.allthingsed.in, you agree to this policy.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
Since school uniforms are customized and specific to each school, we only accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:
Defective or damaged products (e.g., torn fabric, stitching issues).
Incorrect uniform delivered (wrong size, school, or item).
Size mismatch (only for unworn and unwashed uniforms).
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the uniform.
The uniform must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Worn, washed, or altered uniforms.
Minor color variations due to screen differences.
2. Refund Policy.
Refunds are processed only if:
The ordered item is out of stock, and an exchange is not possible.
A defective or incorrect item which cannot be replaced.
A payment error resulted in a duplicate charge.
3. Refund Method & Timeline:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
It may take 7 working days to reflect in your account.
No Refunds for:
Customer dissatisfaction with color/style (unless different from the order).
Delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. How to Request a Return/Exchange/Refund?

Include in the email:
Order details (Order ID, date of purchase).
Reason for return/exchange.
Photos (if applicable).

On receipt of your email, our team will review and confirm if the request is approved.
4. Delivery & Collection of Replacements
Returns/exchanges will be handled through the school.
Replacement uniforms will be delivered to the school. Parents will be notified to collect the replaced uniforms from the designated collection point within the school.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued purchases imply acceptance of the revised terms.
