These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.AllThingsEd.in (“Website”) and the purchase of school uniforms (“Products”) through our online platform. By accessing or using our Website and purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website.
2. Eligibility
By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and purchase process.
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products. However, we do not warrant that the Product descriptions, images, or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor variations in color, design, or specifications may occur.
4. Ordering and Payment
Order Placement: Orders can be placed exclusively through our Website. Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including but not limited to Product unavailability, errors in Product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount to you.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices and availability of Products are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, net banking & UPI. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
5. Delivery
Delivery Method: All purchased uniforms will be delivered directly to the respective school. There is no option for home delivery or in-store pickup.
Delivery Timeline: Deliveries will be made within 8 to 10 working days. We will notify you once the Product has been dispatched for delivery. Orders placed during the PEAK period, ie. 2 weeks before and 2 weeks days after school opening may take upto 15 working Days to be ready for the pick-up.
Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery to the school, a confirmation will be sent to the registered email address or phone number provided at the time of order.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective or damaged Products, or if the Product delivered does not match your order.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with details of the issue. We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original method of payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Website;
(iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Website by any third party; or
(v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
